Pest AI was built from more than a decade of pest control sales, marketing, consulting, software, and systems experience. What started inside a small pest control company became an AI implementation partner designed to help pest control businesses capture more opportunities and scale with better systems.
Started in Pest Control
Antoni started in pest control in 2014, working door to door for a friend's small pest control company doing around $300K in annual recurring revenue. He did well in the role, but quickly realized door to door sales was not the long term path for him. What it did give him was a firsthand look at how pest control companies sell, grow, and build recurring revenue.
Built the Inside Sales Engine
Antoni shifted his focus to building an inside sales program. He helped bring marketing in house, improved the sales process, and played a key role in scaling the company from roughly $300K to more than $5M in annual recurring revenue. This experience shaped his belief that pest control growth comes from more than leads. It requires strong systems, fast follow up, and a clear sales process.
Launched FIOHS
Antoni went out on his own and launched FIOHS to provide sales and marketing services that helped pest control and home service companies grow. Over the next two and a half years, his systems and strategies helped generate $2.8M in revenue for clients.
Shifted Toward Consulting and Sales Systems
Antoni's focus began shifting from traditional sales and marketing services toward consulting and building better sales systems. He saw that companies did not just need campaigns. They needed repeatable processes, better follow up, stronger pipeline management, and systems that helped teams convert more opportunities.
Went All In on Software and Sales Systems
Antoni went all in on software, automation, and sales infrastructure. The focus became building systems that could help pest control companies manage leads, automate follow up, track opportunities, and create a more consistent customer experience from first contact to booked service.
Rebranded to Pest AI
FIOHS became Pest AI. The rebrand reflected a clearer mission: helping pest control companies use AI, automation, CRM systems, and proven sales processes to capture more revenue from the opportunities they already had.

Pest AI is an AI implementation partner for pest control companies. The company helps operators design, build, and manage AI powered systems for lead response, follow up, sales communication, scheduling support, customer communication, and growth.
