Important: Any AI function used for texting or calling (such as Conversation AI or Voice AI) incurs an additional charge on top of the standard SMS or phone rates.

Essential services that form the foundation of Pest AI's communication and automation. SMS and voice rates apply on our hosted Twilio account; bring your own Twilio to pay Twilio directly for those line items.

Bring Your Own Twilio Account
The base SMS and voice rates listed above apply when you use our hosted Twilio account. If you'd prefer, we can connect Pest AI to your own Twilio account and you'll pay Twilio directly for SMS and voice usage. All other usage-based costs (AI functions, workflow actions, email, etc.) still apply.
A2P 10DLC Registration Charges
One-time and recurring Twilio charges required to activate SMS through Pest AI Phone. Billed from your wallet when A2P registration is submitted.
Brand & Campaign Fees
- Brand Registration and Campaign Vetting Fees are one-time charges required to activate messaging through A2P 10DLC with Pest AI Phone.
- Monthly Campaign Fees are recurring charges for each active campaign.
- Carrier Message Fees may apply based on message traffic and carrier rules.
- Rejected campaign resubmissions do not incur an additional campaign vetting fee.
- If you bring your own Twilio account, A2P registration fees are billed by Twilio directly under your account.
